How It Works

Teens don’t need more recipes. They need confidence.

This is confidence training disguised as learning to feed themselves.

How to make simple meals fast

How to feed themselves without relying on takeout or waiting for an adult

Launching Soon - Limited Founding Spots

This first group will be small by design.

I want to make sure every student feels supported, confident, and proud of what they’re making.

Founding members will get early access and grow with me as we build this program together.

  • Hi, I’m Mama A.

I run a licensed home kitchen (MEHKO) and teach real-life cooking for real families.

I started this program because I see the same thing over and over - teens are hungry, parents are busy, and takeout becomes the easy default.

    This is about changing that.

Not with complicated recipes…but by building confidence, one simple meal at a time.

  • We cook together - live.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday during lunch. Short, guided sessions you can follow step-by-step from your own kitchen.

    No pressure. No perfection needed.

If you’re missing an ingredient, no worries - take notes and make it after your grocery run.

We finish each session with a taste test together.

Then the next day..you’re on your own. And you’ll realize - you’ve got this!

  • This is for teens who:

    • are always hungry

    • are tired of waiitng for someone else to cook

    • want real independence in the kitchen

    And for parents who want:

    • their kids to learn life skills

    • fewer takeout orders

    • more confidence and less stress at home

If your teen loves takeout…this is where they learn to make it themselves.
